Dr Ronald Perry
Dr Perry is the Director of the Gavel Center for Restorative Research and Clinical Professor at Tufts University School of Dental Medicine. Highlights of his recent research and teaching activities include: practice management courses for students and recent graduates, director for student courses in temporization and composite placement; principle investigator for several clinical trials of composite and porcelain materials; guest speaker at dental laboratories around the country on impression material selection and temporization tips and techniques; project manager for efficacy studies of consumer-related products and bleaching materials; evaluator of new high tech dental equipment. Dr Perry also has been involved in constructing the fellowship exams for the Academy of General Dentistry and he is a key opinion leader for dental manufacturers across the industry.
Dr Perry graduated summa cum laude with a B.S. from Boston College. He earned his doctorate in dentistry from Boston University. He completed his M.S. in Dental Research at Tufts Dental School of Dental Medicine. He is a "Dawson Institute" graduate, holds fellowships in four different academies, has published over 100 articles and abstracts, and lectures nationally and internationally.
